PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the side wall part of a non-oriented part in a hole part, a wall part perpendicular to the orientation direction by a method in which an expansion part expanding gradually toward the middle of a rectangular hole is formed on the side forming the hole, and a pair of sides holding the expansion part between them is stretched for molecular orientation. SOLUTION: In a resin plate 11, rectangular hole parts 12 are bored by pressing, and an expansion part 13 expanding gradually is formed on a short side 12a. A projection 4 is formed between the hole parts 12 in the long side 12b direction by pressing, A resin net 1 is obtained by stretching the resin plate 11 in the long side 12b direction. The long side 12b is drawn into narrow thin structure to be a place of high strength. Besides, in the short side 12a, the expansion part 13 corresponds to the movement/reduction of a resin, and a nonoriented part becomes a side wall part in the shape of a straight line nearly perpendicular to the orientation direction, eliminates a phenomenon in which its wall thickness is decreased, and has a vertical structure.
