发明名称 METHOD FOR MOLDING BLOW MOLDED PRODUCT WITH LOW ECCENTRIC LOAD AND CONTROL METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the lopsided wear of a part such as the tie bar of a device or the like and the distortion of a platen due to the slide displacement of one slide mold from another movable mold and the application of an unbalanced mold clamping force when a cavity is eccentric to the center line of the mold in a second molding step, compared to a first molding step, in case a blow molded product of a complicated shape is molded using a blow injection molding process (DSI), and consequently enhance the durability of the device and upgrade the precision of a molded product with the saving of a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The position of a cavity is eccentric to the center line as compared with a primary molding step when a slide mold 5 is raised up to an top dead center by a hydraulic cylinder 9. Therefore, when a mold clamping force is applied in the same way as it is applied in the primary molding step, a lopsided wear or a distortion occurs in a tie bar 22 or the like, platens 4 and 7 or molds 5 and 8 or the like and the durability and other advantages of the device are lost. In order to prevent this loss from occurring, a remedy is taken and the precision of a blow molded product 11 is always maintained in a design state to save on a manufacturing cost. Thus it is possible to improve the durability of the whole device and parts thereof and maintain the reliability of product precision and further save on the manufacturing cost.
