PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the arrival of hot-water from the end surface of a casing at a terminal, projected out of the end surface of a casing, after pulling off a plug unit out of a hot-water connecting port by forming a tubular unit, surrounding the whole of the terminal, so as to be projected out of the end surface of the casing. SOLUTION: When a hot-water heating device is not used, a plug body 1 is removed out of a hot-water socket 2. Upon pulling the plug body 1 off, respective valve shafts in the plug units 11, 12 are separated mutually from respective valve shafts in hot-water connecting ports 21, 22 whereby respective valve elements in the hot-water connecting ports 21, 22 and respective valve elements in the plug units 11, 12 are opened. Under the opened condition of the valves, hot-water remains in spaces from the tip ends in the plug units 11, 12 to the valve elements and, at the same time, a part of hot-water is adhered to the tip ends of the plug units 11, 12 as it is. When the remaining water or leaked water out of the plug units 11, 12 is overflowed on the end surface in the protecting tube 14 of the plug body 1, the overflowed water on the end surface 13 is dammed by the tubular unit 15 whereby the overflowed water will not arrived at the terminals 1a, 1b, 1c.
