PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle type fastener which is extremely small in piercing force to pierce a needle in an article to be fastened, capable of stably fastening the article, free from any labor in attaching/detaching the article, and excellent in safety. SOLUTION: A hook hole 19 and a needle point insertion hole 21 are formed in a base plate 11 of a body 3, a fastening pin support part 13 in which a nut 17 is embedded is arranged at the position opposite to the needle point insertion hole 21, a spiral shaft side end part of the fastening pin having a spiral shaft part 35 and a needle part 39 which are coaxially located is fixed to an inner center part of a cap-like knob 7, and the screw shaft part 35 of the fastening pin 5 is screwed in the nut 17. The depth of the inner space of the knob 7 is determined so that only the needle part 39 is exposed from its opening surface and a label attaching recessed part 31b to arbitrarily affix a label 9 thereto is provided on an outer surface of a closed wall 31 of the knob 7. The needle part 39 can be easily pierced by the screw advancing force even it is small, and the fastened condition can surely be maintained, and the attachment/ detachment is simple and highly safe.
