PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a clashing metal sound between unit section pipes used for concrete form/scaffold construction, control the production of noises in a building site and, at the same time, to improve a work environment sanitary respect. SOLUTION: Force-fitting and fitting of pin bodies 2 and 2 of a rubber member and a pin body 6 is made to both ends of a hollow section of a unit section pipe 4 used for concrete form/scaffold construction consisting of a longer steel pipe and part of a middle part in the hollow section, and when unit section pipes 4 collides with each other or when they fall down to a concrete surface, a sound produced inside of the unit section pipe 4 is prevented from being leaked to the outside and, at the same time, the vibration of the unit section pipe 4 itself is controlled to prevent the production of a big noise.
