PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder mounting device capable of easily mounting a ladder to a post material in a detachable manner and, at the same time, mounting the ladder to all positions of the post material. SOLUTION: A ladder mounting device 4 mounting a ladder 1 having a rung 3 between a pair of both right and left rods along post material P of a building structure is constituted of a pair of up and down contact plates 5 and 6 contacted across both sides of a corner section of the post material P, a device main body 8 forming a contact plate holding frame 7 for holding and fixing both up and down contact plates 5 and 6 at an interval between both of them in the one end section, a post material surrounding clamp belt 9 connected to the device main body 8, a clamping metal fixture 10 for clamping and controlling the belt 9 and a ladder fixing section 11 provided to the other end of the device main body 8 and fixing the ladder 1 by connecting to the rung 3 of the ladder 1.
