PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction cost and a construction period by providing recess parts on the upper part and the side part of a fitting sidewalk and roadway boundary block body, and fitting a fitting member to the recess part by using a coupling material. SOLUTION: Recess parts are formed on the upper part and the side part of a fitting sidewalk and roadway boundary block body 8 respectively, and the female part 1 of a coupling material comprising a female screw is provided on the recess part. Furthermore, a hole loosely inserting the male part of the coupling material comprising a male screw is provided on the base plate of the elastic body of a fitting member 10, and a hole loosely inserting a washer is provided on an external facing base plate. The base plate of the elastic body of the fitting member 10 and the washer is sandwiched, the male screw of the male part of the coupling material is loosely inserted, and screwed on the female screw of the female part 1 of the coupling material to fit the fitting member 10 to the body 8. Thereby a construction cost and a construction period can be reduced.
