PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving body of road excellent in filling efficiency and sound absorption efficiency and a quick setting method therefor. SOLUTION: A paving body pouring cellular concrete between a floor slab and a road base, pouring quick setting celluar mortar obtained by combining and mixing the cellular mortar and cement quick setting material separately supplied with each other between the floor slab and road base and having more than 20% airflow of the cellular mortar and a quick setting execution method of the paving body pouring the quick setting cellular mortar obtained by combining and mixing the cullular mortar and cement quick setting material separately supplied with each other between the floor slab and road base are provided.
