PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a volatile substance in particular folmaldehyde discharged from building material or the like into air catchable, and prevent the occurrence of a bad smell or an allergy by containing vegetable tannin in a protection layer in a decorative sheet including a base layer provided at one side and a protection layer at the other side. SOLUTION: The decoration sheet 1 is formed having a protection layer 3 on a base material layer 2; however, the protection layer 3 is allowed to contain larch tannin extracted form a larch particularly. Also, the decoration sheet 1 is available to form one or two or more intermediate layers between the base material layer 2 and the protection layer 3; in this case, at least one layer of the intermediate layers is preferably made into a foam layer formed from a foam layer forming composition consisting principally of a foaming agent and thermoplastic resin. Also, foam layer-forming resin is needed to be resin that can form foam cells through heat-foaming and, for example, there is suitably given thermoplastic resin such as a polyvinylchloride, polyacrylic, and polyurethane system.
