PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product having excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, weatherability, functions such as antibacterial, deodorizing, antifouling properties and excellent in fashionability by applying photo catalytic reactive titanium oxide film on the surface of a product by an ion plating method. SOLUTION: The photo-catalytic reactive titanium oxide film 13 is applied on the surface of a product 11 with an ion plating method. In such a case, by controlling a high frequency output, a bias voltage, temperature, film-forming rate or the like, crystal structure in the titanium oxide film 13 is regulated to enable to make the photo-catalytic reactive film 13 in each case of a low or high melting point material. Also, by adjusting properly film thickness of the titanium oxide film 13, the product having transparency and a desired color tone with optical interference can be obtained. Thus, the product having functionalities such as antibacterial, deodorizing, anti-stain, or having an appearance excellent in fashionabilities can be obtained.
