PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy aspirating tool that evacuates or aspirates sputum and pituita. SOLUTION: An aspiration flange 8 formed on a rodlike substance or reciprocating tool 7 is slidably fitted in an outer tube 10 having an opening or aspiration hole 2 at its point or in a sheathlike outer tube 10 having an aspiration hole 2 in the periphery of its point portion. The outer tube 10 is either formed out of soft material or constituted of a tube portion and a point portion of soft material that is mounted on it. The outer tube 10 may have a flexible bellows portion. A tubular portion and a baglike portion both of soft material can be integrally formed with each other or separably connected together. The outer tube point portion or tubular portion of the aspirator is filled with a drug before hermetically sealed.
