PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress shock in the case of starting an engine in the state of a transmission being in a driving position in a hybrid vehicle with the engine and a motor. SOLUTION: A control device for a hybrid vehicle having an engine, a motor- generator and an automatic transmission inputting torque of at least one of the engine and motor-generator and capable of selecting a driving position for transmitting torque to the output side, and capable of changing the engine from the stop state to the operating state in the case of the driving position being selected, is provided with a change gear ratio control means for setting the shift stage of the automatic transmission to a shift stage smaller in the change gear ratio than the first gear speed in the case of starting the engine in the state of the driving position being selected and the vehicle being stopped (steps 202-209). |
