<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent fluid leakage from being generated in a sleeve end part after repaired, by simple structure, or to detect the fluid leakage in the sleeve end part in advance to allow actions based on the detection. SOLUTION: This outside repairing structure 12 is composed of a split type sleeve 15 for covering an outside repairing portion 14 of an existing pipe 13, O-ring fastening flanges 16a and pressors 16b provided in its both ends, ring-like resin stoppers 17, 18 provided to sandwich the repairing portion 14 inside the sleeve 15, a resin material 19 filled between a pair of resin stoppers 17, 18, and O-rings 20 sealed by the fastening flanges 16a. Since two stage seals are provided by the resin stoppers 17, 18 and the O-rings 20, fluid is prevented sufficiently from being leaked from both ends of the sleeve 15 to its outside, even when the fluid such as gas and water is leaked from the repaired portion 14 of the exsiting pipe 13 to the inside of the sleeve 15 after repaired.</p> |
