<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the concentration of concentrated liquid from which accumulated ion components have been recovered to enable obtaining the concentrated liquid of high concentration by providing retention time in which liquid to be treated is retained in a liquid passable condenser for a prescribed time in a process for recovering the removed ion components. SOLUTION: Liquid to be treated has its ion components adsorbed on a pair of electrodes 30, 31 of a first liquid passable condenser 1a to make it desalted liquid from which the ion components have been removed. The electrical conductivity of the desalted liquid is measured by a first water quality monitor 8. The measured electrical conductivity is made a liquid gathering incapable value, and the adsorbed ion components are eliminated from the pair of electrodes 30, 31 and moved to the liquid side to regenerate the pair of electrodes 30, 31. That is, in a regeneration process of the first half part of an ion recovery process, the liquid to be treated is retained in the first liquid passable condenser 1a for a prescribed time and then in an extruding process in the intermediate part of the recovery process, the concentrated liquid is extruded by the liquid to be treated, and when the electrical conductivity of the concentrated liquid is measured by the first water quality monitor 8 and the measured value becomes a stardby value, the recovery process is finished.</p> |
