PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent both edge parts of a ring from strongly pressing an endless sanding belt against a material to be polished and preventing the material from flaw by constituting only both side parts of the inner circumferential face of the ring so as not to stick to the outer circumferential face of a wheel. SOLUTION: The outer circumferential face of a wheel 11 made of metal such as aluminum is formed with a sticking part 14 by a means such as baking, the sticking part 14 is only one part of the center in the width direction, and on both sides of it, parts 15 to be not stuck are formed. In this way, when a polished material (a) is pressed against an endless sanding belt 20, force acting on both edge parts of a ring 13 toward the center so as to escape the parts corresponding to the parts 15 not stuck to the ring 12 outward is absorbed by slippingly widening outward the outer circumferential face of the wheel 11 by both edge parts of the inner circumferential face of the ring 12. Thereby, it can be prevented that both edge parts of the ring 12 strongly press the endless sanding belt 20 against the polished material (a) to cause flaw. |
