PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having hardly color transfer character and especially stable properties by including a specified copolymer, noncoated solid particles and an oil-dispersable polymer. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by containing (A) preferably 0.01-3 wt.% at least one optionally closslinked copolymer consisting of a main fraction of monoolefinic unsaturated 3-6C carboxylic acid monomer [e.g. (meth)acrylic acid or maleic acid] or its anhydride and a miner fraction of acrylate ester monomer including an aliphatic chain [e.g. decyl, lauryl, stearyl, behenyl or melissyl=(meth)acrylate], (B) preferably 0.1-70 wt.% noncoated solid particles (i.e., noncoated pigment, brightener and filler) and (C) preferably 0.001-5 wt.% oil-dispersable polymer (e.g. hydroxystearic acid polymer) based on total weight of the composition.
