PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent film which can be processed into an in-mold label having excellent antistatic properties and exhibiting good slip between that surface of the label which is to come into contact with the container and that surface of another in-mold label which is not to come into contact with another container. SOLUTION: Provided are a film prepared by laminating a layer, as the surface layer, comprising a resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. mixed resin comprising 50-99 wt.% propylene resin and 50-1 wt.% ethylene resin and 0.05-5 pts.wt. surfactant on at least either surface of a base layer and a film wherein the average surface roughness (Ra) of the surface of the layer comprising the resin composition is 0.2-1.0μm, the entire film thickness is 20-200μm, and the surfactant is a fatty acid monoglyceride and/or a higher alcohol.
