PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the vestibule structure of a building for a cold district, in which the state of an indoor section is inferred when a visitor enters into a wind-shield space and an atmosphere, where the visitor is easy to call, can be brought about. SOLUTION: An external door 2 and an internal door 3 are installed to a vestibule 1 for a building so as to be oppositely faced while holding a wind-shield space 4. The front end of a roof balcony on a second floor is overhung and mounted to the upper section of an entrance porch 12 in an eaves shape, and the external door 2 is constituted in such a manner that the locus of the door 2 at a time when the door 2 is opened and operated is covered with the front end of the roof balcony and the door 2 can be opened outwards. On the other hand the internal door 3 is composed of four sliding doors 31a-31d. Each sliding door 31a-31d is formed of longitudinal transparent glass 33 and crates 34, to which the longitudinal transparent glass 33 is set up, respectively. An atmosphere, where a visitor is easy to call, is brought about because the state of an indoor section can be inferred through the longitudinal transparent glass 33 of each sliding door 31a-31d when the visitor enters into a wind-shield space 4 as it is by previously opening the external door 2.
