PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate causing of an increase in the number of part items and cost so that a clutch structure can be executed, by making the clutch structure capable of preventing coming off of a return spring in the case of mounting a transmission in an engine, and providing a regulating part in a transmission case and a release fork. SOLUTION: Swiveling in a swivel direction in the other end of a release fork 44 is regulated and an overturn condition can be prevented by making a plane part 88 of the release fork 44 abut to a regulating part 86, and even in a condition before assembling a clutch cable in the release fork 44 in the case of mounting a transmission in an engine, connection can be made between the release fork 44 and a transmission case 8 in a condition generating tension in a return spring. A clutch 22 has a structure which can prevent coming off of the return spring in the case of mounting the transmission in the engine, and the structure can be executed without causing an increase of a number of part items and a cost.
