PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen the effect of magnetized water and to maintain the effect in order to reduce the clogging of pipeline due to the scale, etc., of a piping by modifying city water to magnetized water and also to supply tasty water good for the bealth. SOLUTION: The effect of the magnetized water is strengthened and maintained by providing a circulation piping to a water storage tank 1 at the water supply side of the city water, forming magnetic field by winding the coil 12 of a magnetization type water quality improving device 11 on the outer surface of its straight pipe part 10 and circulating the water in the water storage tank 1 through the magnetic field. Moreover, the distance between the coil 12 and a bend pipe 14, the distance between the coil 12 and a pump 13 and the distance between the end part of a discharge pipe 15 and the open hole of a funnel-shaped intake pipe 6 are specified respectively.
