PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous waste treatment device in which waste is continuously introduced into a rotary kiln and thermally decomposed in an oxygen-free state. SOLUTION: Waste is successively and continuously supplied into a rotary kiln 3 from plural waste feed hoppers 1 through a first switching valve 10 and a forced feeder 11, and the pressure inside the kiln 3 is reduced by an exhaust blower 14. The waste heated by a heater 9 in the kiln 3 is thermally decomposed into gas and ash, the gas is sucked out by the blower 14, and the ash is successively and continuously introduced into plural cooled collecting hoppers 17 through a second switching valve.
