PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert and forward send a medical needle into a patient's body for a medical operation or examination by driving it from a separated position and to precisely insert the needle while confirming its inserting state by X-ray examination in a medical needle inserting device. SOLUTION: This tool is fixed with needle holding means 3 to 5 attachably/ detechably holding the medical needle and lowered and elevated with respect to the body surface of a patient, has a remote control handle 23 giving driving force from a separated position to a needle driving means 8 whose bottom surface is in contact with the body surface 2 of the patient and which lower- operates the means 3 to 5 to insert-send the medical needle 6 to the patient, and is provided with fixing a means 25 or 27a fixing the means 8 to the patient.
