PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienical housing bag wherein bugs and refuse become hard to directly enter the inside of the housing bag from an air vent section. SOLUTION: This housing bag 11 is formed of a film 15 made of a synthetic resin, and is used to house milled rice or the like inside, and is constituted in such a manner that the film is formed into a cylindrical shape, and at one section in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical shape, both end sections of the film 15 are overlapped with each other, and the overlapped section at both end sections of the film 15 is alternately equipped with bonded sections 16 by heat-sealing and sections 17 which are not bonded in the length direction, and the sections 17 which are not bonded are made air vent sections, and a section 21 which is bonded by heat-sealing while the location is shifted from the bonded section 16, at an approx. central section of the section 17 which is not bonded, is provided, and both end sections in the axial core diretion of the cylindrical shape, are closed by heat-sealing.
