SUBSTANCE: settler has vertical housing of circular section, pipe for supply of water to be cleaned and circular chute connected with purified water discharge system. For removal of slit to silt pit, use is made of movable truss connected with scrapers. Truss is mounted below water level in housing and is made in form of circular support connected with central axle of housing. Over outer perimeter of circular support solid circular race is secured; this race is oriented perpendicularly relative to end of circular support. Friction mechanism located between race and wall of housing is connected with drive located above water surface. EFFECT: increased time of trouble-free operation of settler. 9 cl, 1 dwg
