PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate beams accurately onto an irradiated region of irradiated bodies. SOLUTION: With an irradiated body 37 with a marker M laid on a table 38, a first means 20 and a second means 28 output respective pickup image results of an irradiated region including the marker M of the irradiated body 37 to a control means 19. When the control means 19 finds a beam 15 from an irradiating means 14 will focus on a preset irradiated position K of the irradiated body 37 on the basis of the data on the marker M from the first and second means 20 and 28, the irradiating means 14 irradiates a beam 15 onto the irradiated body 37. |
