PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely carry out loading/unloading work using a lift. SOLUTION: A luggage loading/unloading device 1 for a lifting carrier device is attached to a lift load carrying platform in the lifting carrier device having a lift 12 supported and guided by a post 11 erected being supported on the outer wall of a building to move vertically. This device is provided with a pallet holding means having a hook 6 locked in a luggage mounting pallet 5 and a position adjusting means 7 for adjusting the position of this hook up- and-down and left-and-right, a moving means for directly moving this pallet holding means in a back and forth direction with respect to the outer wall of the building.
