PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate resin composition useful as a material for an infrared shielding sheet-like molded article, having small diffusion and scattering of transmitted light in the visible region, having an infrared-shielding performance, and excellent in mechanical properties such as impact strength, by dispersing tin-doped indium oxide fine particles in a polycarbonate resin. SOLUTION: This polycarbonate resin composition is obtained by dispersing (B) 0.001-1 pts.wt., preferably 0.002-0.2 pts.wt., of tin-doped indium oxide fine particles preferably having a primary particle diameter of <=0.2μm, in (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin preferably having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 10,000-40,000. As the component A, a polymer obtained from one ore more dihydric phenols, such as 2,2-bis-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propane, and a carbonate precursor, such as diphenylcarbonate, through publicly known methods, such as interfacial polymerization, is exemplified. The molded article obtained from the composition is useful as an agricultural film, etc.
