PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metallic film imparting a beautiful metallic feeling. SOLUTION: A metallic film is obtained by successively providing a transparent colored ink layer 2 and a silver ink layer 4 on one surface of a transparent film and a transparent resin layer 3 is formed between the transparent colored ink layer 2 and the silver ink layer 4. The transparent film 1 may be, for example, a heat-shrinkable film and the transparent resin layer 3 may be a medium coating layer. The thickness of the transparent resin layer 3 is, for example, about 0.5-5μm.
