PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a lighter weight while increasing control stability and comfortableness in a well-balanced manner and improving the durability. SOLUTION: A topping rubber of a carcass ply 6A has an inside topping portion, defining a tire cavity face, only formed of butyl based rubber. A rubber thickness Ti between a carcass cord 10A in a ply mainbody portion 6a and the tire cavity face is 0.3-0.8 mm. A bead reinforcing cord layer is provided between a ply turnaround portion 6b and a bead apex rubber 8, and the height Hs of the outward end Ps of the bead reinforcing cord layer is greater than the height Ha of the outward end Pa of the bead apex rubber 8 and smaller than the height Ht of the outward end Pt of the ply turnaround portion 6b. A cord-to-cord rubber thickness T1 between the ply turnaround portion 6b and the bead reinforcing cord layer in a first area Y1 between the outward ends Pa, Ps is 0.2-0.5 mm and a cord-to-cord rubber thickness T2 between the ply mainbody portion 6a and the ply turnaround portion 6b in a second area Y2 between the outward ends Ps, Pt is 0.3-0.8 mm.
