PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomized oil generating device capable of instantly generating atomized oil excellent in quality as is composed of only oil particles uniform in quality and small in size. SOLUTION: In this atomized oil generating device equipped with a tank 1, and with an ejector 2 sucking oil in so as to mix it with air for injecting mixed fluid 7 composed of atomized oil mixed with air, into the tank 1, a throttle valve for adjusting the quantity of sucked oil, is provided for the ejector 2 so as to let oil 5 in the tank 1 be guided to the throttle valve via a flow path. In addition, a bulkhead plating is interposed between the ejector 2 and an oil surface so as to prevent atomized oil injected out of the ejector 2 and fluid 7 mixed with air from being directly sprayed onto oil 5 stored in the tank 1.
