摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently remove the arsenic compd. in water up to a very low concn. by adsorption by allowing the arsenic compd. in the water to contact with the adsorbing agent consisting of a zirconium based mesostructure. SOLUTION: The zirconium based mesostructure is formed with the porous body in which the zirconium of the zirconium salt used as the starting material of zirconium and the anion being the pair ion of the zirconium are stuck to the meshlike skeleton of a surfactant and in which fine pore diameter has continuous or uncontinuous pore. The arsenic compd. is adsorbed to the zirconium based mesostructure by strong affinity of the zirconium structure to arsenic to separate and remove the arsenic compd. from the water. In this way, the arsenic compd. in the water is easily and efficiently removed by adsorption till very low concn. with small amount of use of the adsorbing agent.
