PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of cavitation by preventing the pressure on the inflow side of a gas-liq. mixing device from becoming low. SOLUTION: In the gas-liq. mixing device 1 in which gas is effectively mixed in liq. by using a pump 4 having an impeller 42, the circulating pipeline 6 in which a part of the high pressure gas-liq. mixture formed at the gas-liq. mixing device 1 and discharged from the mixing device 1 is circulated and returned to the inlet side of the gas-liq. mixing device 1 is provided, and the pressure drop at the inlet side of the gas-liq. mixing device 1 is suppressed by using the high pressure gas-liq. mixture circulating to the inlet side of the gas-liq. mixing device 1 through the circulating pipeline 6.
