SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of carrying out immunological analysis, namely, to method of quantitative determination of allergen-specific immunoglobulins E in serum (plasma) blood. Method involves addition to analyzed sample the material in the form of cellulose backing containing allergen to be tested. Two samples of analyzed specimen are used. Allergen to be tested is added to the first sample and material no containing allergen is added to the second sample. Determination of the total content of immunoglobulin E in sample is carried out after removal of material from samples.
