PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute work in spite of a dark illumination in a room and also to permit even a person in circumference to easily and visually recognize the operation state of a device by providing the illumination for irradiating the circumferential foot part of a laser medical treatment device in a device main body or an accessory unit. SOLUTION: An eye ground of a patient is irradiated with a medical treatment laser beam and beam coagulation or the like is executed in a laser beam coagulation device. In the case of the execution, a laser beam source for a medical treatment and an optical system by which the laser beam is made incident to an optical fiber 2 are stored in the device main body and a control box 3 or the like for setting and displaying a laser irradiating condition is arranged. In this case, four foot lamp parts 10 for illuminating the circumferential foot (floor) of the device are disposed one by one on the four surfaces of a case lower part in the device main body 1. lamps emitting a blue illumination light and the lamps emitting a red illumination light are arranged in the foot lamp parts 10 and they are fitted to turn the illumination light downward to illuminate the floor surface in the circumference of the device. |
