PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate an excessive force amount added to an operation handle by providing an operation shaft to be moved in a front and rear direction to open/close a forceps part, a movable handle which is pivotally supported by a spindle and rotated to move the operation shaft and a spring transmitting the rotary force of the movable handle to the operation shaft. SOLUTION: The base end of each opening/closing arm member 8 is linked by connecting the tip of each link by each pivotal support pin and pivotally attaching the rear ends of the links with one pivotal support pin by collecting them by the tip of the operation shaft 7. The movable handle 6 of an at-hand operating part 3 is pivotally supported in the root part of a fixed handle by utilizing a screw 21. That is, the handle 6 is fixed by attachment at one end of a torsion spring 22 which is pivotally supported by winding the middle part of the screw 21. The other end of the twisting spring 22 is connected to the rear end of the operation shaft 7 which is put through the sheath 2 of an inserting part. Besides, one end part of the torsion spring 22 is bent in a U shape, the U shape part is locked to the end of the operation shaft 7 and another end is inserted into the movable handle 5 and connected. |
