PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier passage holding a dimension accuracy and superior in the abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: A hole 36 is formed adjacent to a feed roller 32 and a shaft 38 having a rolling bearing 40 rotatably engaged therewith can be inserted in the hole 36. This shaft 88 is fixed to a pedestal 14 so that, when the circumferential force is applied to the outer circumferential face of the rolling bearing 40, the rolling bearing 40 is so set as to rotate. The edge of a film is guided to the rolling bearing 40 to prevent the meandering of the film in carrying. The edge of the film is not slid on the wall face 22A of the carrier passage 22 but the outer circumferential face of the rolling bearing 40 so that the only accuracy of the positioning of the rolling bearing 40 is improved so as to eliminate the necessity of machining the carrier passage 22 accurately, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. The carrier passage 22 may be molded of a resin material whose dimension accuracy is inferior to the metal to reduce the material cost and reduce the weight.
