SOLUTION: A device has a blowout port mode control part 1 for driving a blowout port damper actuator 57 to change the opening of a blowout port damper for change over of a blowout port for air into a room. The blowout port mode control part 1, when driving the blowout port damper actuator 57, counts the fine movement of the blowout port damper due to inertia after driving the blowout port damper actuator 57 to correct the driving amount of the blowout port damper actuator 57.
