PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building plan table and a building plan issue capable of rapidly selecting a building plan adapted to various conditions such as a residence desirably building person's taste and plot shape or the like of a building place. SOLUTION: The building plan issue describing building plans of many planning residences is formed of a booklet having a plurality of two-page spreads B, C and D. The plans of different bearings of entrances are respectively described on the two-page spreads B, C, and D. The building plans having different indoor atmospheres are respectively described on left side pages 1, 3, 5 and right side pages 2, 4, 6 of the spreads B, C and D. A plurality of partitions disposed over a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns are respectively provided on pages 1 to 6, and appearances of the residences and room layouts in the residences are systematically sorted and drawn in the respective partitions.
