PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a gradation expression responsive to original data without darkening from a desire of an impression result on a region particularly near a solid black even in the case that a dot density is increased to, for example, 360 dpi. SOLUTION: Original data is gradation corrected by a personal computer 60 so that the relationship between a gray scale value of the data regarding a printing content and an impression density becomes substantially linear, and the corrected data is sent to a stamp forming apparatus body 50. A thermal head 90 of the body 50 forms perforations at a stencil base sheet of a damp based on the gradation corrected data.
