PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide satisfactory function in durability and mold releasability and at the same time, make a concrete form lightweight and easy to treat by integrally forming a reticular foamed resin sheet which has a smaller foaming magnification than the same material main body of the foamed resin, on both first and second surfaces of the principal body with a specified thickness. SOLUTION: Reticular foamed resin sheets 3, 3 are inserted into a mold of a foam molding machine. In this tate, a prefoamed polystyrene resin material blended with a foaming agent is placed in a mold. Next, the reticular foamed resin sheet 3 is integrally molded on both first and second faces of the plate- shaped principal body of a foamed resin with a specified thickness. The reticular foamed resin sheet 3 is also foam-molded by using a polystyrene resin. Further, the main body 2 foamed at foaming magnification of about 1:10 is used to the foamed resin sheet 3 of a low foaming magnification. Consequently, it is possible to enhance the rupture strength and the mold releasability of the principal body 2 and upgrade the working efficiency with this lightweight concrete form.
