PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adhesive films excellent in self-adhesiveness without the generation of peeling sound and static electricity when fed and without no reduction in adhesion after stretching, and further suitable for the adhesive layer of a pallet stretched film excellent in hygienic qualities and recycling. SOLUTION: This adhesive film having a peel tack strength at a peel angle of 180 deg. of 3-35 in the unstretched state, an average surface roughness Ra 1, measured by an atomic force microscope, of not greater than 6.5 nm and, at the same time, an average surface roughness Ra 2 of not greater than 5.5 nm when stretched is molded by using a copolymer of ethylene with a 3-18Cα-olefin, and the film is used for the surface layer of a pallet stretched film.
