PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly collect newest information of game apparatus of a parlor shop without the necessity of going to the parlor shop by distributing game apparatus information to specific persons from the parlor shop utilizing electronic mail. SOLUTION: A portable terminal equipment, e.g. a beeper 10, desk top information apparatus, e.g. information receiving display means, such as a personal computer 11 are installed on the user side 12. On the other side, a parlor controller 17 comprising a hall computer 15 for controlling a game apparatus 14 and a member registering, controlling computer 16 is installed in a parlor shop 13 in a predetermined area. And the user side 12 can be connected to the hall computer 15 by a distribution controller 20 through telephone cable or network 18 and Internet 19 to distribute game apparatus information from the computer 15 to the user side 12. Thus, newest information of a specific parlor shop can be rapidly received on the user side 12.
