PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only reduce the production cost of a soil property stabilizer but also restrain from carbon dioxide gas generation by reducing the energy consumption in the course of the production. SOLUTION: This is a method for producing a soil property stabilizer comprising a mixture of calcium hydroxide and gypsums of hemihydrate or anhydrous gypsum type, wherein a specific amt. of gypsum dihydrate is added in the course of preparing calcium hydroxide by reacting quick lime with water to form calcium hydroxide and gypsums of hemihydrate or anhydrous gypsum type. In the course of curing reaction after the reaction following addn. of the gypsum dihydrate, a hydraulic setting adjuvant such as a water granulated slug is added to form the soil property stabilizer comprising calcium hydroxide, gypsums of hemihydrate or anhydrous gypsum type and the hydraulic setting adjuvant. |
