PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lubrication performance without accompanying an increase in a power loss of an oil pump by providing a through hole in a cam roller which is pierced in its axial direction, and supplying a lubricating oil from an opening part on the side of the center of rotation of an input/output disk. SOLUTION: A lubricating oil flowing inside a through hole 9a is supplied from an opening part on the side of a center of rotation of an input disk 2 by the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of a cam roller 8a. The lubricating oil is then supplied to a contact surface between the cam rollers 8a, a contact surface with a holder 12 and the cam roller 8a, and a contact surface of a cam flange 6 of the cam roller 8a with each cam surface 18 to be formed on the input disk 2. As the cam roller 8a itself is reduced in weight by providing the through hole 9a, the centrifugal force caused by the revolution is reduced to easily form an oil film on the contact surface between the cam rollers 8a and the contact surface of the cam roller 8a with the holder 12.
