PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixer in which cavities by cavitation is stably generated and vibration generated when the cavities become extinct is suppressed. SOLUTION: This mixer has a cylindrical mixing case 12, a first introducing port 13 provided on one side of the mixing case 12 and for jetting at least liquid A into the mixing case 12 at a high speed, a second introducing port 14 provided inside or outside the first introducing port 13 and for introducing fluid B into the mixing case 12, a nozzle 15 whose base part is in contact with the first and second introducing ports 13, 14 and provided projected while expanding its diameter toward inside the mixing case 12, a diameter contracting member 16 provided at the head thereof, a discharge port 17 provided on the other side of the mixing case 12 and for discharging emulsion of liquid A and liquid B, a guide member 18 provided on the other side of the mixing case 12 and gradually reducing its diameter in the downstream direction to smoothly guide the emulsion to the discharge port 17, and a pump for forcibly feeding the liquid A to the first introducing port 13.
