PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a connection terminal on a principal substrate for connection of an external device for sampling statistical information with respect to winning against an unfair tricks. SOLUTION: A principal substrate 50 is connected to a personal computer of the outside, and when a winning detecting signal for each winning port is outputted from the substrate 50 to the personal computer to sample statistical information about winning, through holes 54 are formed on the substrate 50 inside a substrate box 40, and an interface connector 55 is mounted on the holes 54 to connect the substrate 50 to the personal computer of the outside through the connector 55 whereby the substrate is sealed in the box 40, and hence winning detecting signals cannot be taken out, thereby effectively preventing unfair practices of a wicked person.
