PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part handling device simplified in the constitution of the device and reduced in cost while the device can very easily read out and/or write in identification data stored in each feeding stocker and/or each housing stocker. SOLUTION: This part handling device has a part housing part 200 wherein plural feeding stockers 201 and/or housing stockers 202 are set, an IC card reader 260 capable of reading out/writing in identification data for a IC card 270 provided in the feeding stockers 201 and/or the housing stockers 202 respectively, and a moving mechanism 205 for moving the IC card reader 260 within the part housing part 200. The moving mechanism 205 itself is a tray moving arm.
