PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and improve reliability of a radiator cap attached to cover a cylindrical water-filler port at the top of a radiator tank. SOLUTION: A cap body 4 is formed by a top lid 2 and a cylindrical portion 3 protruding from the inner surface of the top lid 2. A seat member 6 is fixed to an open end of the cylindrical portion 3, and a positive pressure valve 7 is seated on a valve seat portion 5 of the seat member 6 so as to be capable of being opened and closed. Moreover, a spring 8 is disposed between the positive pressure valve 7 and the inner surface of the top of the cap body 4. The radiator cap is fittingly attached to a cylindrical water-filler port of a radiator tank through an O-ring 12.
