PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a decorative spacer easily and reliably by inserting synthetic resin caps having lugs on elastically deformable elastic junctions continued from flange sections or tube sections into the upper and lower opening sections of a decorative pipe. SOLUTION: When a spacer 4 inserted with caps 13 into both end opening sections 12 of a decorative pipe 11 is inserted between an upper main body side hinge 6 and a lower door side hinge 7 with lugs 14 elastically deformed and inserted into recesses 10, the lugs 14 and elastic junctions are inserted into the recesses 10 while being recovered to the original shapes. If the side faces of the lugs 14 are formed into a cylindrical shape and the recesses 10 are formed into circular holes, the inner walls of the circular holes and the side faces of the projections 14 are closely stuck together, and the lugs 14 are not removed from the recesses 10 easily. The end sections of the decorative pipe 11 are covered with the flange sections 16 of the caps 13, the flange sections 16 serve as sliders to protect the end sections of the decorative pipe 11 when an opening/closing door 2 is opened or closed, and the occurrence of a sound is suppressed when the spacer 4 is made of a metal.
