PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami padding coating sheet forming no mildew even when water or the like spilled on a tatami is adhered to the surface of the tatami padding coating sheet or even when water in a tatami padding is vapored to make condensation on the rear side of the tatami padding coating sheet. SOLUTION: The tatami padding coating sheet having mildew proofing efficiency is constituted of a moisture transmission/impervious sheet containing a mildew proofing agent. If preferable, a mildew proofing agent is added to a composition consisting of polyolefin resin and inorganic filler, and it is so constituted that a laminated body obtained by meltingly adhering a split fabric or a nonwoven fabric to at least one side of a melting extrusion sheet-like substance makes unconfined expansion.
